We are pleased to announce that following her nomination, senior associate, Susannah Ross, ASLA, LEED AP, has been elected to the Board of The Cultural Landscape Foundation (TCLF). She will serve alongside 27 board members, where she will represent and advance TCLF’s goals.
“I am proud to take a seat on the board of this organization that does such critical work for the field of landscape architecture—raising awareness and appreciation for the open spaces that shape our cultural identity,” says Ross of her appointment. “I have long admired and always followed the work of TCLF and now I am tasked with advancing their mission. It’s truly an honor.”
A non-profit established in 1998, TCLF educates and engages the public to make “shared landscape heritage more visible, identify its value, and empower its stewards.” Ross will continue the tradition of Sasaki’s strong partnership with TCLF, which—among its many other contributions to the field—organizes the Pioneers of Landscape Design program that documented the life and major works of noted Sasaki Principal Emeritus, Stu Dawson, FASLA.
