University of Texas Athletics Master Plan
Austin, Texas
Trey is a civil engineer with 25 years of specialized experience in the planning and design of athletic and recreation facilities. At Sasaki, he plays an active role in the planning, design, and construction administration of a wide range of athletic and recreation venues including fields, tracks, courts, arenas, and stadiums.
Trey’s built work experience, combined with his knowledge of sports facilities, enables him to interpret a client’s vision into successfully completed facilities. During his undergraduate studies, working as a team manager with the athletic department at Clemson University provided Trey with a unique perspective on the inner operations of sports facilities. That experience, combined with a passion for attending and analyzing sporting events (e.g., arrival, parking, tailgating, and movement patterns), and an overall interest in sports makes Trey the go-to consultant on facility design.
Trey holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, and is a registered civil engineer in Maine. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Sports Builders Association, and the Boston Society of Civil Engineers.
