Ivelisse is an Integrated Design Project Manager with more than 23 years of experience in the planning, design and development of student life campus projects and urban mixed-use development projects. Ivelisse works collaboratively with the design team and the client throughout the life of the project to develop responsive and innovative planning solutions, and then to execute them through a rigorous, inclusive, and technology-driven design and documentation process. As a team leader, she organizes and inspires team members to think creatively and utilize technology to improve all facets of the design process.
Inspired by exploration and travel, Ivelisse approaches each architectural challenge with an open mind and looks for new ways to approach complex issues. Her creativity and rigor ensure that each design solution is informed, innovative and fully responsive.
Ivelisse graduated from Cornell University’s School of Architecture, Art, and Planning. She studied in Japan, Spain, Australia, and France and has traveled around the world. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently and has served as a design critic at Boston Architectural College, Northeastern University, Roger Williams University, and Suffolk University, at times serving as a translator.
