Ivelisse is an Integrated Design Project Manager with 29 years of experience in the planning, design and development of student life campus projects, urban mixed-use development and community-focused projects. She is the advocacy and diversity liaison for several of Sasaki’s planning and design projects that focus on programming and community outreach.
Ivelisse works collaboratively with the design team and the client throughout the life of the project and approaches each architectural challenge with an open mind and new ways to resolve complex issues. She inspires the team to develop responsive and innovative planning solutions and guides them through an inclusive technology-driven design and documentation process.
Ivelisse graduated from Cornell University’s School of Architecture, Art, and Planning. She studied in Japan, Spain, Australia, and France and has traveled around the world. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently and has served as a design critic at Boston Architectural College, Northeastern University, Roger Williams University, and Suffolk University, at times serving as a translator.
