Right-Sizing and Optimizing Space Use
It’s not enough to simply examine use of individual rooms; the rooms need to also align with and support desired pedagogy and section sizes. Our right sizing assessments are geared toward optimizing institutions’ existing resources, and identify how well the instructional room supply aligns with section sizes. In combination with our utilization assessments, we are able to arrive at physical strategies that recalibrate an institution’s instructional inventory of spaces to best meet desired academic needs, and repurpose underutilized spaces for alternate uses.
