Nancy’s strong communication skills and proactive management style contribute to the success of challenging projects with multiple phases, continuous occupancy and operation, extensive permitting, and coordination of diverse groups of consultants.
Nancy thrives on assisting client and consultant teams with process, time, and budget management. With a deep appreciation of the complex dynamics of team decision-making, she enjoys navigating toward closure. As a leader of diverse groups of professionals, Nancy fosters an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding, finding solutions while respecting specific circumstances framing each person’s point of view.
An award-winning architect, Nancy is a LEED Accredited Professional and registered in Massachusetts. She holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College. Nancy is a frequent conference presenter at NIRSA and Athletic Business, sharing her experience integrating sustainability into athletic and recreation projects.
