Colleen began her career with projects in higher education, commercial, and life science buildings. She began her focus on corporate interior design upon joining Sasaki in 2012, where she has continued to expand this practice, leading teams through complex phases of design.
Most recently, Colleen was a lead designer on the firm’s 480,000-SF new Akamai building in Cambridge’s Kendall Square, overseeing construction documentation, communicating with project consultants, and leading the large FF&E process.
Colleen believes good design involves taking risks and creating a clear concept. Always eager for a design challenge, she advances the project design through creative problem-solving, and articulating simple, elegant, and functional plans for her clients.
