Carbon Conscience helps our teams proactively measure and minimize embodied carbon from the very start of the planning and design process. Embodied carbon is difficult to measure and minimize, especially for master plans and landscapes. Backed by trusted datasets, Carbon Conscience provides unique, real-time insights into the embodied carbon impact of large-scale plans and landscapes. Our teams use Carbon Conscience to proactively minimize embodied carbon, starting at the very earliest stages of the design and planning process.

Experiential Analysis Tools (EAT)

EAT measures the climate comfort and quality-of-life impact of design in real time, helping teams create more sustainable, human-centered places. How design impacts the human experience of place is often difficult to assess. EAT quantifies these impacts, including view, shadow, and climate comfort, with data-driven rigor. By doing so, EAT allows our design teams to iteratively optimize these impacts, leading to better designs and environments that support a greater human experience.

Dashi helps teams scenario-plan, prioritize, and track the implementation of complex decarbonization projects. Dashi helps teams plan, prioritize, and track complex projects from planning through implementation with data-driven clarity, ease, and flexibility. A complex project takes years to realize, and is made up of many intricately linked steps. Dashi keeps track of the complex data – such as time, cost, and progress – for each step.
