Sasaki Named Finalist for Fast Company’s 2019 World Changing Company Award

Now in its third year, Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas awards honor products, concepts, companies, policies, and designs that are pursuing innovation for the good of society and the planet. Categories range from Advertising to Food, Health and Wellness, to Social Justice and Energy.

For the second year in a row, Sasaki has been recognized by Fast Company with honorable mentions in two categories—our Chengdu Panda Reserve project won for Spaces, Places, and Cities, and our internal research effort, Shifting Gears: An Urbanist’s Take on Autonomous Vehicles, won for Transportation. It is an amazing privilege to be recognized alongside the other winners—one we do not take for granted.

With wins in multiple categories, Sasaki was named a finalist for World Changing Company of the Year—a huge acknowledgement of our innovative practice and global presence.
