Meet the 2023 Sasaki Summer Interns
Sasaki welcomes a group of talented and diverse summer interns in Boston, Denver, and New York offices
Sasaki has run a summer internship program annually for several decades, with the goal of providing meaningful experiences for students and recent-graduates interested in interdisciplinary design.
With the new Boston office complete, all seven interns are onsite at 110 Chauncy Street. Selected from an applicant pool of nearly 2000 from over 40 countries, they bring with them a rich and diverse range of backgrounds in education, work, and life. This group represents all six design disciplines featured in Sasaki’s integrated approach. They are ready and motivated to discover this process and their role in it, as they head straight into project work this week.

My set of Pyrex measuring cups! My grandmother told me that in the early 1980s, a Pyrex product designer introduced the small but profound innovation of detaching the handles at the bottom. This allows them to be stacked for more efficient and satisfying storage.
I’m excited to learn how Sasaki’s interdisciplinary approach plays out in the office and on project teams.
