DEN Real Estate Strategic Development Plan
Denver, CO
As a planner at Sasaki, Ethan works in interdisciplinary teams to produce planning, design, and policy-based solutions that focus on context driven place-making, as well as economic and environmental sustainability. His perspectives are informed by close to a decade of experience working in the fields of architecture and planning in both the private and public sectors.
Ethan draws from Sasaki’s breadth of planning tools and resources to develop solutions for each client’s unique needs. His range of technical skills in representation, mapping, and data analysis, help to ground planning efforts in the level of reality necessary for realization. His ability to absorb information from the client, and to understand the physical and regulatory context of a site, allows him to develop appropriately phased approaches, and to create engaging narratives around the history and future of a given site. Ethan’s experience working at both large and small scales provides project teams with the ability to test alternative planning scenarios, and eventually make informed decisions based on complex stakeholder input.
He holds a master of city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor of architecture from Syracuse University.
