Alex is a landscape architect with a passion for storytelling and form-giving that expresses the cultural and environmental conditions specific to each site. He has provided project leadership to develop diverse and cutting-edge designs that address unique site challenges. Alex’s work spans a range of projects including master plans, plazas, streetscapes, parks, and trail systems that include significant public realm investment. He brings design rigor and technical expertise to this range of scales and typologies through iteration, with a strong attention to detail and craft.
Alex thrives in a collaborative environment and believes that working closely with stakeholders and clients inherently increases the capacity of the connective tissue of cities through the planning, design and implementation of meaningful public space.
He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design and Master of Landscape Architecture with a minor in Landscape Restoration from the University of Minnesota.
