Krista Bentson is a landscape architect whose work over the last two decades has intersected sustainability, planning, and design for the creation of publicly accessible spaces and reimagined parks, plazas, and waterfronts. Her projects have been at a variety of scales, from detailed design work for a storefront courtyard to resiliency planning for Miami Beach. The great majority of projects have involved collaboration with city government and key stakeholders.
Krista holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design. Prior to joining DLANDstudio, she has worked for Workshop: Ken Smith Landscape Architect and Quennell Rothschild & Partners. She is a Registered Landscape Architect in New York.
