As a planner and project manager with 15 years of experience, David brings a proven track record of orchestrating interdisciplinary teams of internal and external thought leaders to engage in problem solving.
He is passionate about how institutions create spaces that enhance their unique identity, build on their strategic priorities, and create productive communities of people from diverse backgrounds. David first became interested in this complex type of work while working at University of Virginia’s Office of the Architect. Since then, he has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of planning efforts including small liberal arts institutions, large public universities, and college- and thematic-level studies.
Before joining Sasaki, David worked at Payette and Ayers Saint Gross, where he managed project teams for college-level planning studies and programming efforts.
