Lagonissi Grand Resort Landscape
|  | | | The Sasaki design for the Lagonissi Grand Resort Conference Center and landscape simultaneously extends the space and facilities of the resort and ties the building into the surrounding landscape. The new conference center is integrated into one of two hills. Beautiful views are maximized by designing the building into the landscape and creating many terraced open spaces that naturally relate to the hill topography. When complete, each building will have a green roof, including the large convention center, which provides natural insulation and storm water detention and creates gorgeous uninterrupted green landscape views looking down the hill. |
