The Sasaki-designed OSRAM Americas Corporate Headquarters received the International Facilities Management Association's (IFMA) Achievement Award for Best Practices for large projects. OSRAM was selected from a field of 16 other submittals. The team had three primary goals for designing the space: to develop innovation synergies and efficiencies by co-locating groups; to realize significant real estate efficiencies by shifting to new workplace standards; and to develop a work environment that is consistent with OSRAM's innovative culture.

Members of the project team from Sasaki and OSRAM accept the award at last week's gala.
